Unpackaging Christianity

- JesusBranded's Latest Project -

Our aim is to continue to bring you the same thoughts, ideas, and designs you've come to know and love from JesusBranded, one t-shirt at a time. Through our new thesis, "Unpackaging Christianity", we hope to become people branded not necessarily by a denomination, a modern church, or a new social movement, but instead branded by Jesus and our unique and personal relationships with him. JesusBranded is simply two friends who had a desire to do something in their lives that blends both their talents and faith into one. Read more about the founders and their journey to make JesusBranded what it is here.

JesusBranded FAQ

Oh my goodness! Why is there only 1 shirt on sale at a time?!

Long story short: We want to do it right this time. We got more consumed with running an e-store rather than spending time on the messages and the designs of the shirts, so we wanted to scale down and make it more manageable. This way, we can keep bringing you the same thought behind the designs, but not get driven crazy by the problems of a huge t-shirt e-store.

Okay, so why is it only available for 2 days?

Well, you already know our dislike for old designs lingering around, which is why we've always discontinued outdated shirts when new ones rolled in. It's kinda like that. Plus, we like the idea of making you slightly panic once you're running out of time to buy a shirt you really like, so if you like something BUY IT RIGHT AWAY.Think of it as our way of promoting better decision-making.

Whoa, do I need a paypal account to pay?

Nope. You can go ahead and pay with your Visa/Mastercard Debit or Credit card.

Can I send you a check or a money order to pay?

Nope. If all else fails, ask a friend who has a debit or credit card to treat you to a shirt. It's so cheap anyways, it's the same as getting treated to really expensive teriyaki. Or a bunch of hamburgers.

How long will it take to get to me?

Since our shirts are now on a pre-order basis, it will take 3 weeks from the day you purchase the shirt for it to get printed and arrive at your door. If you live outside the United States, it could take from 4-5 weeks because of International Shipping standards.

WHAT?! Why so long?

Here's the breakdown of it: You buy shirt. We discontinue it after 2 days. We gather all the orders and get the shirts from our supplier. Those shirts get shipped from California to Seattle to the printers. The printers get the shirts and screenprint the design on it. We drive over to our printers to pick it up. We bring it back to our office and ship it ourselves. Then the USPS do their thing and get it from our door to your mailbox. That's about 3 weeks worth of activity.

But I really need this shirt ASAP!

Aw, we're really sorry! Consider us a pesky lesson in patience.

3Okay fine, so how much will it cost me to ship?

Domestic shipping is $3.50 for the first shirt, and goes up by $2 increments per additional shirt, ie $5.50 for 2 shirts, $7.50 for 3, etc. International shipping starts at $7 for the first shirt, and simply goes up by $5 increments for each additional shirt, ie $12 for 2 shirts, $17 for 3, and so on.

Your sizes were WACKY in the past, how do I know which size to get?

We've got our size chart linked right above the drop-down menu for you to choose your size, and we update it to the best of our knowledge according to our blanks supplier. Those two measurements (the chest and the length) are fairly sufficient to get a very good idea if the shirt will fit you or not, so grab your tape measure and measure away! Oh, and by the way, no need to worry anymore about wonky neck holes or having shirts smaller than their actual sizes! This time around, its more under control.

What about returns/exchanges?

Since Salil and I are working with very slim chances for error, we cannot offer returns and/or exchanges on the shirts you purchase unless it's a direct result of our silliness. Scary? Not really! We encourage you to check the size charts and ensure your measurements prior to ordering, and also to ensure that you've got the right mailing address; as long as those two are covered, there really should be no problems! We're working with a locally renowned printshop in Seattle, and with them being in our backyard we can ensure good quality control on prints. Goodbye old problems! If you feel you have a very specific issue not addressed here, please contact us!

How can I make sure I am instantly told whenever a new shirt releases?

There are three ways you can keep in touch with our releases:
1. Sign up for our RSS feed. If you're RSS savvy, this is a great way to get notice of a new shirt release.
2. Sign up for our Twitter. If you're an avid Twitter-er, this is a great way to hear from us instantly.
3. Sign up for our Newsletter. This is the most conventional way to hear from us. Don't worry, we're not really into sending big ads anymore like we used to- expect a concise and conversational tap on the shoulder telling you to get over to our site and read our post and buy your shirt.

I'm so glad the shirts are back, but what happened to the old blog posts?

They are taking a break from the public for a bit, but some of them will come back eventually. We were doing our best to get the hang of our content and overall thesis over the last month or so of blogging, and now that we're getting a clearer idea, we want to make sure we begin focusing our creative direction towards that. Since some of the old blogs don't necessarily fit, we wanted to retire them for a bit so we can feel on track.
